Getting started
- What is Quickpost?
- Quickpost is a cross-platform social-media publishing tool. You compose a post once and we publish it to the social networks you have connected — X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Bluesky.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan covers 10 posts a month across up to 3 connected accounts. Scheduling and X posting are paid features.
- Which platforms do you support?
- Today: Facebook (Pages), Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Bluesky, and TikTok. Not every account type on every network is supported — for example, Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
X (Twitter)
- Why is X handled differently from the other networks?
- In 2025, X moved from a free API to a pay-per-use credit model. Every post to X consumes credits that we pay X for. The other eight networks remain flat-fee per their own developer terms, so we can include them at no extra cost. X is metered separately so a small number of users posting heavily to X don’t make the service unprofitable for everyone.
- Does the Free plan include X?
- No. The Free plan publishes to the other eight networks. X posting requires a paid plan.
- How many X posts do paid plans include?
- Starter includes the first 25 X posts a month; Pro includes 200; Agency includes 1,000. If you need more, you can top up X-only credits at cost.
- Why is TikTok currently unavailable?
- TikTok’s developer portal is blocked in India by government order, where Quickpost is operated from. We can’t complete the app registration without a VPN. TikTok support will arrive once we have a workable path.
Billing
- How do I pay?
- Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI, and Razorpay’s international payment options. Indian customers receive a GST invoice automatically via Razorpay.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also cancel anytime — service runs until the period you’ve paid for ends.
- Do you offer a yearly discount?
- Yearly billing is 10× the monthly price — about two months free (≈16% off).
- Do you offer refunds?
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period.
Data & privacy
- Are my social account tokens safe?
- Yes. We store OAuth access and refresh tokens encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. They never leave the API server and are never returned to your browser.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Email contact@ackplus.com and we’ll send you a JSON export of your account within 30 days. We will also build a self-service export into Account settings.
- How do I delete my account?
- Sign in and go to /dashboard/account/delete. Your user record, posts, connected accounts, and media references are hard-deleted from our database immediately. Audit-log entries are retained anonymised for security and compliance for up to two years.
Account
- Can I share my account with my team?
- One human or legal entity per account. If your plan includes team seats (Agency: 5), each teammate gets their own login under your workspace.
- I forgot my password.
- Use the forgot password link from the login page. We’ll email a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
- I lost access to my email — can you help?
- Email us from any address with as much detail as you can about your account (full name, last login date, last few posts you recall publishing through Quickpost). We don’t use this to authenticate you — we use it to manually verify and then walk you through a recovery flow.
