Terms of Service

By creating a Quickpost account or using the service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Quickpost is operated by ACKPlus Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at R.K Iconic, B-216, 150 Feet Ring Road, near Ayodhya Circle, Sheetal Park, Rajkot, Gujarat 360006, India. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ACKPlus Private Limited.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use Quickpost. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs on your account.
• You must notify us immediately at contact@ackplus.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Until you do, you remain responsible for activity on the account.
• One person or legal entity per account. Sharing credentials across multiple people is a violation of these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time via /dashboard/account/delete.

Quickpost is a transport — you compose content, we publish it on your behalf to the platforms you've chosen. The content stays yours.

• You retain ownership of everything you post through Quickpost. We claim no copyright in your captions, images, video, or any other material you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, encrypt, and transmit your content to the connected social platforms you select, solely for the purpose of publishing it on your behalf. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account, except for any copies the destination platforms have already received and stored under their own policies.
• You represent and warrant that you have the rights to publish everything you submit through Quickpost, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights, defame anyone, or violate any law.

You agree not to use Quickpost to:

• Publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of the destination platform.
• Send spam, automated bulk content, or anything that violates the rules of the destination social platform. We will pass through whatever each platform reports back to us about your content; if a platform sanctions your account, that's between you and them.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the Quickpost service.
• Use Quickpost to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any of them.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Each platform you connect (X, LinkedIn, Meta's products, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky) has its own terms, content policies, and rate limits. Quickpost is a client of their APIs — it does not change, hide, or override their rules. You are bound by those platforms' terms whenever you publish to them via Quickpost.

Quickpost offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Agency). When you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or annual) and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate cancellations.
• We may change pricing on 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change is your acceptance of the new price.

You may close your account at any time via /dashboard/account/delete. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are abusing the service, are creating risk for us or other users, or where required by law. We will notify you when reasonably possible and not legally prohibited.

Quickpost is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that your posts will be successfully delivered to any particular platform, as platform availability and policy enforcement are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACKPlus Private Limited and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACKPlus Private Limited from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Quickpost, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-product banner and by email to registered users. Continued use of Quickpost after a change takes effect is your acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
